Safeguarding your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, we describe in this privacy statement what information we collect from you through our website (www.cinesouk.ma) or through renting our equipment to you and how we use this information.

By submitting your information on our website or renting equipment from us, you confirm that you have read and understand this privacy statement and the terms and conditions we have included herein.

1. Who we are.

The website is brought to you by Broadway Productions SARL (ICE002983250000080), with registered office at 314 Camp El Ghoul, Immeuble Ali B, Apartment No5, 40010 Marrakech, Morocco.

In that capacity, Broadway Productions SARL also acts as a controller of your personal data through the website. That is, Broadway Productions SARL determines the “why?” (the purpose) and the “how?” (the means) of processing your personal data via the website.

2. What personal data do we collect and how and why is it used by us?

This privacy statement applies only to personal data we collect through our website or through the materials we rent to you.

a. Personal data collected via the contact form and/or via newsletter subscription

Via the website, we collect your personal data if you contact us via the contact form or if you fill in the pop-up to subscribe to our newsletter. More specifically, this involves the following personal data:

b. Personal data collected through the registration form
If you wish to reserve material, we ask you to go through our reservation process. During this reservation process you will be asked to provide the following personal data via our registration form:

– Categories of personal data
– Purposes of the processing
– Legal Basis
– Name and address
– Creation and management of your reservation
– Execution of your request (necessity for execution of agreement)
– Confirmation whether or not you are a student and photo of student card Awarding any student discount
– Execution of your request (necessity for execution of agreement)
– Request of turning permits

d. Personal data collected through the rental of material

Broadway Productions SARL may, at its discretion, visibly and invisibly secure its material to prevent theft and larceny, e.g. through the use of a geolocation system on the basis of which Broadway Productions SARL can ascertain the location of its material. Any location data that would be recorded through such system will be used exclusively to find out the location of the rented material and in principle will not be kept. Only in case of (an indication of) theft or larceny, the location data may be kept for a maximum period of 2 months and such location data may be transmitted to the competent authorities.

3. With whom do we share your data?

We may share your personal data with external service providers we use to operate our website and/or organise our services to you. Such service providers merely act as processors on our behalf and we will enter into the necessary processing agreements with these service providers to ensure that they always process your personal data according to the same standards.

Furthermore, we will not transfer personal data to third parties unless we are obliged to do so on the basis of mandatory legal provisions (e.g., transfer to external bodies, such as supervisory or law enforcement authorities), in order to safeguard our rights (e.g., in case of theft) and/or as a result of a court order or a governmental order.

In any case, we will ensure that all reasonable security measures are taken to ensure that the transfer of your data takes place in a secure manner.

For the sake of completeness, we note that in some places our website links to the websites of third parties. This redirection does not involve sharing personal data, but it is possible that the third-party website to which you are redirected may also collect and process personal data from you. We are not responsible for the content of these websites and/or how these websites process your personal data. 4. Will your data be transferred abroad?

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside Morocco and the EEA.

To the extent that such transfers would nevertheless be necessary, we take the necessary measures to ensure that your personal data is highly protected and that all transfers of personal data are lawful.

5. How long will your personal data be kept?

We retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the intended purpose for which your personal data is collected.

Specifically, we retain your personal data for the following retention periods:

Request for contact through the contact form: up to 3 months after your request was handled;
Registration to receive updates and newsletters: as long as you have not withdrawn your consent to receive updates and newsletters by unsubscribing;
Registration data: up to 5 years after registration.
Location data collected through our equipment: only viewed in real time, unless the location data indicates possible theft or misappropriation. In this case the data may be kept for a maximum period of 2 months so that they can be passed on to the competent authorities.
Once the above retention periods have expired, we will delete your personal data and/or ask you to reconfirm it if necessary.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not be able to delete certain personal data should there be a legal obligation to retain such personal data, or if we may need such data in connection with a legal claim.

6. How will your personal data be secured?

We have taken all reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to best protect your personal data against accidental or intentional (and unauthorized) manipulation, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.

7. Your rights regarding your data?

Based on the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to (as far as the concrete conditions for application of such right are fulfilled):

Access to and information about the personal data we process about you;
Oblivion or to ask us to delete your personal data;
Rectification and supplementation;
Transferability of personal data;
Restriction of processing;

In order to verify your identity, we ask you to send a copy of the front of your identity card with each request. After verifying your identity, we will destroy that copy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any event within four weeks.
