Description

The Roland M-380 Mixing Console is a complete 48 channel digital mixing system compacted into a rack-mountable footprint. The image transmission system incorporates a digital snake and mixing console in one integrated system. It uses Roland’s REAC (Roland Ethernet Audio Communication) technology to send audio from the high-quality microphone preamps to the mixer. It’s a compact and rack-mountable console with the same mixing engine as the M-400. He also features REAC, the digital audio transfer technology. This allows you to create a powerful and configurable mixing environment with high sound quality. Enjoy the intuitive operation and quick setup. Ideal for mobile apps or for limited space installations.

The mixer that is quick and easy to set up

The V-Mixing system uses the REAC protocol between the stage units and the console via a simple CAT5e cable connection. The CAT5e connection is also immune to hum, noise and crosstalk, which analog snakes suffer from. With no configurations required, you can simply plug the CAT5e cable from the stage units into the REAC A&B ports. They are also conveniently located on the back of the M-380 V-Mixer! Plug in and you’re done! The M-380 V-Mixer has 13×100 mm motorized and velocity-sensitive faders. There is also a large, bright 800×480 color screen, and dedicated effects dials for EQ, Pan and Gain. All scene settings are fully recallable. This mixer can also be used with any experience level, thanks to its intuitive interface. This is easy to navigate and has a low learning curve.

Features of the Console:

  • Cat5e distribution that is light weight, low cost and without the high frequency losses inherent in analog snakes
